How to pay for your care.

I'm an out-of-network provider, but my NPI number is with all Health Insurance Companies.

You pay for your services at the time of care. You receive a Medical Receipt/SuperBill with your diagnosis and billing codes that you may submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.

​

The amount of reimbursement you receive will depend on your policy. Check your policy for out-of-network Chiropractic Care.

​

You may pay with many options for your convenience, including; Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, Prepaid Health Savings Card, and all major credit and debit cards.
